Entry is subject to all conditions displayed at the front entry.

Bowling shoes are required on our lanes. Most of our prices, specials & vouchers will include shoe hire unless otherwise stated. Shoe Hire is $2.

No outside food or beverages are to be brought onto the premises.

Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.

You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in the participation in bowling activities. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. However Aspley 10 Pin Bowl will not be liable for any person in respect the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person's negligence (including the negligence of Aspley 10 Pin Bowl) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of.

Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.

Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Aspley 10 Pin Bowl.

Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials. You authorize the use of your image for these purposes.

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl takes no responsibilities for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property, brought into or stored in our premises.
COVID-SAFE Conditions of Entry

You adhere to centre directives. Failure to do so, management reserves the right to remove guests from the venue.

Hand sanitising stations are set up around the centre and frequent hand washing will be encouraged.
If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing a fever, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND! League bowlers are reminded that pre-bowling and the use of a roving substitute and other options are available if you do not feel comfortable or are unable to attend your league.
Birthday Party Booking Terms & Conditions

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your birthday party if you or any guests in your group are late.

In the unforeseen circumstance Aspley 10 Pin Bowl encounters technical issues, your birthday party start time may begin later than the original booking start time.

Birthday party package prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.

Birthday party booking deposits can be completed over the phone by using a major credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Your credit card will be debited at the time of booking.

Birthday party booking deposits can also be completed at the Aspley 10 Pin Bowl venue by using EFTPOS or Cash. Your EFTPOS account will be debited at the time of booking.

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any birthday party packages. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

A $50 deposit is required when booking your party; the final balance is to be paid prior to your party starting time based on your final guest numbers.

There is a minimum of six (6) guests are required for each birthday party booking.

No external food or beverage is permitted, unless in relation to a food allergy which the venue has been made aware of. Guests are also permitted to bring their own birthday cake.

Your birthday party group will either be eating in the venues party room, or on the concourse, subject to availability.

You must arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to ensure your party begins on time.

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl birthday parties run for the following lengths of time:
- A half game party - approximately 1 ½ hours
- A one game party - approximately 2 hours
- A two game party - approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours -
The party tables will be available for up to 45 minutes. Please note that even though every endeavour is made to guarantee tables are available for adults, during busier periods this may not always be possible.

Party rooms will not be allocated at the time of booking.

For parties which are to be allocated in a party room on the day, cannot be guaranteed access until another previous party has finished. The party room is likely to be set up before your party finishes bowling.

The following information must be confirmed 72 hours before your booking;
- Final number of guests attending;
- Any special dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian or food intolerances;
- If you would like to order any additional platters, cake or extras; and
- If you require any additional lanes booked for older siblings or adults. -
Platters cannot be cancelled within 72 hours of the party.

The minimum age for children at Aspley 10 Pin Bowl birthday parties is five (5) years old.
League Bowler Practice Rates Terms & Conditions

Must be an active or financial member of any current league/s being played at Aspley 10 Pin Bowl.

Must be a current financial or volunteering member of Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) which is the national governing body for Tenpin Bowling in Australia.

TBA Members must show their current Membership Card to the staff when purchasing their practice games.

Aspley 10 Pin Bowl offer two (2) different types of league practice;
- Price per game, and;
- Price per time. -
League practice games are not valid after 5pm on Friday & Saturdays. Those wishing to still practice after those times will be charged: $14.50 for 2 Games or $19.50 for 3 Games.

Any incomplete games / unused value is forfeited, unless, at the discretion of the supervisor on duty.

Special practice rates may also apply to teams, approved by the tournament director, who are practicing in the lead-up to a tournament held at the centre, subject to lane availability.

During high-traffic periods (eg. school holidays, weekends, leagues, etc.), you may be asked to use 1 lane only for your practice session with minimal warm-up. This will apply especially when using free game cards.

All You Can Bowl
Valid for 2 hours of bowling (120 minutes) per lane. Maximum 10 people per lane. This deal is timed by the automatic scoring system which starts the countdown after the first ball is rolled and will continue to countdown regardless of the amount of bowling that is completed. Valid during school holidays. Bookings are subject to availability. Not valid with other offers. Shoe hire is included. Any unused value is forfeited. Games are not transferable to another person. An Additional hour (60 minutes) can be purchased at $35.00 per lane in the same transaction or separately, subject to availability. Not available to book online.

People With a Disability Pricing and Specials

When a guest (PWAD) enters Aspley 10 Pin Bowl and is accompanied by a Carer, the games will be transacted at $7.50 per person for 1 game of bowling or $14.00 per person for 2 games of bowling. Additional games can be purchased at $5.50 per person per game in the same transaction or separately, subject to lane availability.

If the guest is in possession of a Companion Card, the accompanying Carer is entitled to the same number of complimentary games that the guest is playing.

If the guest (PWAD) does not hold a Companion Card the accompanying carer is entitled to bowl at the same price as the PWAD ($7.50 for 1 Game, $14.00 for 2 Games & $5.50 per additional game).
