A deposit of $100 is required for all functions that include food. This must be paid within 3 days of booking your function. Deposits can be paid either using cash in-centre or by using Electronic Funds Transfer with either a debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
 
Please confirm your function booking at least 3 days prior to the date with final numbers as well as any extras that you would like to add to your function.
 
Bowl 'N' Meal Function Packages:
All guests must have their meals selected at least 3 days prior to the date of the Function to ensure our catering staff have enough stock available.
 
Please ensure that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time for shoe fittings and name entries.
 
Please advise us if any guests have any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
 
All proper steps will be taken to ensure the success of your function.

Due to Health Regulations, outside food & drinks cannot be brought in for consumption. However, for birthdays or other events, a cake is permitted.
